ERPAC FACILITIES

ERPAC is a versatile presentation, performance and meeting facility consisting of a 1,500 seat tiered auditorium, a 200sqm proscenium arch stage, three dressing rooms, two large greenrooms, an executive boardroom, beautiful Hall of Fame Lobby and stunning Main Foyer overlooking the picturesque Brisbane CBD skyline.

ERPAC is the perfect venue to host events including; one-off music performances, graduations, dance concerts, conferences, training sessions, and even examinations for up to 300. 

Our Events Team would be happy to provide you with more information and draw up quotes based on your requirements. 

A dedicated Technical Coordinator will also be available to provide advice based on your technical requirements.

Auditorium

Brisbane’s only dedicated 1,500 seat theatre, the auditorium includes 1,200 tiered fixed seats with the option to add an additional 300 seats to the flat floor space in front of the stage. 

Three dressing rooms plus two larger green rooms cater for performance ensembles large and small. 


Main Foyer and Forecourt

This large open flexible foyer space provides the perfect atmosphere for guests with plenty of room to spill outside on those beautiful Brisbane evenings.

The glass walls retract up to creating a seamless flow out onto the forecourt and provide views overlooking the picturesque Brisbane city skyline.

Boardroom

Located on Level 5, the Boardroom is a dedicated meeting space catering for up to 30 guests. With its own balcony overlooking South Bank and Brisbane City, enjoy your next meeting in style in this fantastic space.

The room comes standard with an AV package including wifi. The Events Team would be happy to provide a quote for your specific catering requirements.

Hall of Fame Foyer

Catering for up to 200 guests theatre-style, and 120 dining, the Level 5 Hall of Fame is a unique and flexible space for your next seminar or dinner. 

With the ability to divide this space in half, the Hall of Fame is the perfect breakout space for your next conference. Or keep the walls open and house information stalls instead. The options are endless.

College Facilities 

Over 70 classrooms offer access to perfect breakout spaces for your next conference. Each space can cater for up to 30 guests with dedicated audio visual equipment. And with a number of large outdoor spaces, gathering groups together is a breeze.

Other spaces around the campus may be available to hire from time to time. Restrictions to space availability apply during school hours in term time.

Technical Production Services

The ERPAC in-house technical equipment allocation satisfies most event technical requirements and our in-house technical coordinator and IT professionals, will assist you to help deliver a successful event. A schedule for the planned activities and technical requirements will be required in order to draw up a quote.

CATERING AND FRONT OF HOUSE SERVICES

A dedicated Venue Manager will assist you with all venue operations and will guide front of house staff to deliver exceptional patron services.

Catering options are available upon request and the College reserves the right to provide bar and snack services if required.
