ERPAC FACILITIES

ERPAC is a versatile presentation, performance and meeting facility consisting of a 1,500 seat tiered auditorium, a 200sqm proscenium arch stage, three dressing rooms, two large greenrooms, an executive boardroom, beautiful Hall of Fame Lobby and stunning Main Foyer overlooking the picturesque Brisbane CBD skyline.

ERPAC plays host to events including; one-off music performances, graduations, dance concerts, conferences, training sessions, and even examinations for up to 300. 

Venue Hire opportunities are strictly limited due to the facility being required by the College. 

Auditorium

The Auditorium can accommodate 1,500 patrons and is comprised of 1,200 tiered fixed seats with the option to add an additional 300 seats to the flat floor space in front of the raised stage.

Main Foyer and Forecourt (Level 6)

This large open flexible foyer space provides the perfect atmosphere for guests with plenty of room to spill outside on those beautiful Brisbane evenings.

The glass walls retract up to creating a seamless flow out onto the forecourt and provide views overlooking the picturesque Brisbane city skyline and the College playfield.

Boardroom

Located on Level 5, the Boardroom is a dedicated meeting space catering for up to 30 guests with its own balcony overlooking South Bank and Brisbane City.

Hall of Fame Foyer (Level 5)

The Level 5 Hall of Fame is a unique and flexible space for patrons to mingle. The Musuem shares this space and displays interesting memorabilia from the College's past. The foyer also houses the restrooms for patrons to access.

College Facilities 

ERPAC resides within the St Laurence's College Southbank campus. Guest are reminded that they may sometimes encounter College activities occurring near the ERPAC facility and care should be taken to minimise disruption to these activities.

CATERING AND FRONT OF HOUSE SERVICES

Patrons are encouraged to contact the event organiser to confirm if catering options will be available. 

Doors 1 and 2 provide entry to the Auditorium. Doors 3 and 4 provide additional access to the lower section of the Auditorium. All levels are wheelchair accessible. Please see a staff member in the foyer if you require assistance or advice regarding access.
